The raw diet can be a bit heavy on your pocket, but your investment of fruits and vegetables will not go in vain. During detox you can prepare various kinds of salads containing different kinds of vegetables and fruits. You can also have different soups and sorbets. Along with this healthy raw food, the exercise is also compulsory, if you want to lose inches then you must strictly follows a exercise program, in which you go for gym, body wraps, running, and lots more. The more important take a full sleep, except this every thing is useless.
